Payment InformationAll prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. By purchasing from Funwise, you automatically become a member. This makes future shopping more convenient by not having to repeatedly fill in personal details and billing information every time you shop. Please be assured that your financial information is not stored on this site, and your personal and billing information will not be disclosed to any other person or business. See our Privacy and Security Policy. Funwise accept several payment methods. Visa or Mastercard Both Online or by PhoneWe use PayPal to process all credit card payments. PayPal is renowned world wide as one of the safest ways to send money online. See our Privacy and Security Policy. YOU DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH PayPal to pay by credit card and we accept debit cards featuring the Visa and Mastercard logo. If you are a Pay Pal member, you can pay by other card types as well as direct debit from your Pay Pal account. After you have entered all of your details at checkout, you will be tranferred to a secure Pay Pal site to complete the payment part of the a transaction. On completion of payment you will be directed back to Funwise and will receive an order confirmation email from Funwise and a payment confirmation from PayPal. We accept that despite the highest standard or security available, some people are still reluctant to provide their credit card information online. We understand this and will readily accept credit card payment over the phone. Simply browse our site and chose your products, then call us on to place your order and provide your details. Direct Bank DepositWe accept payment via direct deposit to our bank account. Account Name: Funwise After you have selected your products simply go through the checkout process and select Direct Deposit as your payment method. Payment must be received within 5 days from the order being placed or you will be informed that your order has been cancelled. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving full payment. Funwise will not despatch any items until payment has been received in full.
Postage and Delivery informationWithin AustraliaWe offer a special postage deal to local residents of Mandurah and Rockingham including the coastal suburbs between. By ordering online from Funwise you will receive an amount equal to the cost of postage (presently $7.50) off of your next purchase either in store or online. All other areas in Australia are covered by Australia Post (excluding larger items such as play equipment. See below). Unless otherwise stated our postage is a flat rate of $7.50 for your total order(not per item) to anywhere in Australia.
